Used Romahome Toyota Alphard 2007 motorhome for sale

The conversion of the Alphard was completed in August to my specific requirements. A single berth with rear kitchen area but the bed folding up to create a seat.
It benefits from an elevating roof which affords good height and excellent storage when erected.
It certainly is the most comfortable camper that I have driven basically because it was an SUV not a van!!!!!! It has all the luxuries you expect now from Toyota.
Why am I selling and I can understand concern here. My health has deteriorated in recent months and my treatment drastically restricts my ability to travel far and sadly this will not change. In fact I have only done 1,000 miles and many of the extras are brand new unused.
In essence it is fitted with both 240 & 12 volt sockets plus USB. Ample lighting, 2 burner cooker, sink, compressor fridge.
On the technical side it has a 904 gaz bottle, water and waste tanks 12 litres, 110AH leisure battery, solar panel, electric hook up with lead, battery charger, external shower point, BBQ point, and BBQ.
There is also a NEW/UNUSED Trigano Hawaii Drive Away Awning 3m x 2.5m complete with carpet, inflatable wardrobe, gas and electric heater, electric oven, table and chairs, BBQ table.
There is also an Isabella roll out awning and tail gate awning.

It also benefits from a tilting tow bar luggage rack.
I envisaged using the camper as a car shopping etc, visiting friends short stays and long stays hence choice of awnings.
There is even a folding electric scooter again new/unused.
I am hoping to sell the unit with all the extras and realise this may not suit everybody. This really is a camper where no extra purchases are necessary. It is ready to go!!!!!!!!
