Swift Basecamp 2022 touring caravan

We purchased this caravan new from Lowdhams Leisure in 2022. It is in excellent condition and has been very well looked after. This is the later model with many of the things like external gas and electric points fitted as standard (was know as plus model). Swift also fixed the front locker seal leak on these later models that plagued the earlier ones causing internal water ingress in the dinette. It has all the things you would expect from a modern van including a solar panel and dual fuel heating. The caravan comes with an excellent RV2 awning (please note since the pictures were taken the orange canopy has faded a bit). It also comes with a smaller pole awning although that will need some fabric seal as it leaked a bit the last time we used it in a storm. The smaller awning is great for short trips as it is quicker to erect and less prone to the wind. The caravan is due a service, so I can get one done before collection. However, it has already been damp tested with a professional Protimeter this season (something we do as Swift don't include damp tests in the service schedule apparently because they were so confident in the new timber less construction). The caravan is CRiS registered and also has a UK Trailer Registration Certificate and reg number, both of which are transferable. Although it can be moved by hand, we filled a Powertouch Freedom motor mover to make things easier. As the van is so small and light, it can even go up sloping drives (see photo). In addition to the two awnings, we are including a mains power hookup cable, a step and a very expensive Alko Wheel Lock that reduces insurance. These caravans are very light and can be towed by small cars or even I understand some electric cars.
