Additional details

The caravan is immaculate inside and out, I have owned it since new.

It has had very little use owing to ill health, and that is the only reason I'm selling.

Just had its 3rd year service with clean bill of health and includes Damp certification showing no damp. This now continues the manufacturers warranty for a further 7 years for peace of mind.

**The condition is actually better than "Brand New" as it comes complete with all the items that are 'EXTRAS' when purchasing from new. i.e.**

 Powrtouch automatic motor mover,

 Alko chassis/wheel lock

 Hitch lock

Corner Steady locks. All locks fully comply with insurance requirements.

 Gas Bottle (part full)

I also have 2 x Safefill re-fillable gas bottles, brand new containing their unused first fill which are available if you wish to purchase extra at 1/2 cost price.

2 x Aquaroll water tanks, handles and carry bags.  Included is also a mains water attachment for use when mains water is in close proximity to the van when sited.

Wastemaster tank with pipe and fittings

Portable 200w Solar panels with special MPPT controller

Full HD TV with DVD player, mains or battery operated.

 JVC radio with USB connectivity.

The caravan has a very comfortable fixed island bed in the end bedroom, with a wardrobe at either side of the headboard. Above the headboard are further storage cupboards.

Underneath the bed, which lifts up, accommodates the spare wheel - no more scratching around under the van when you have a puncture. There is also plenty of space here for additional bedding, chairs, barbeque what have you?

Coming forward, at the foot of the bed is a space to fix a tv, with aerial and electric plugs for mains or 12 volt.

Through the lockable doors either side of the bed you enter the central washroom, with large corner shower, wash basin and electric flushing cassette toilet, again with cupboards for washroom items.  The shower and washbasin have hot and cold pressurised water. I was surprised with the shower water pressure - it is very good, almost as good as the one at home, but economical with water as a bonus.

Coming forward from the washroom, you enter the kitchen area via a wooden lockable door.

This creates privacy and prevents being disturbed during the night when someone either occupying the front bed, or if you are in the front bed, and someone in the end bedroom needing the washroom. Much better than the plastic curtains found on many older caravan makes?

In the kitchen there is a 3 burner gas hob, a grill and full oven beneath. the worktop contains the sink and drainer sits conveniently on top of this worktop. There is hot and cold pressurised water to this sink. Under the sink there is storage and where the fridge/freezer is situated.  Above the worktop there is a microwave, which is useful when on mains hook up.

Forward of the Kitchen is the dining area, which converts to either 2 single bunk beds or a full size, across the caravan double, again very comfortable.  The upholstery is treated to prevent staining.

Under the nearside bunk is plenty of storage.  Under the off side bunk is where the electric fuses/ main switches are located and also the hot water and heater are situated here too.

Between the bunks there is a cupboard with a pull out drawer, with further across the caravan storage access.  The top of the cupboard accommodates a pull out table - handy if there is just one or two occupants.  In addition, stored in the rear nearside wardrobe is a full folding table if needed. This can also be used outside or in the awning if you wish.

We did not have an awning, considering it fiddly to put up and down, particularly at weekends. Plus they are very heavy and take up usable storage space.  But the caravan has the awning rails fitted should you wish to have one.

Above both Bunks there are wall storage cupboards.

At the door entrance, there is another cupboard, the top we used for the TV as the aerial socket and electric sockets are situated there. The aerial and signal amplifier are situated in the cupboard above this worktop. The aerial is multi-directional and adjusted from inside this cupboard also.

Outside at the front is the gas locker, with space and fittings for two 15kg gas bottles. There is one included in the cost.

There is plenty of space in here to store other items, tools, pipes, covers etc.  Regarding covers, there is also a front towing cover included in the price.

Down the off side of the caravan is where the water pipe inlet is fixed. Under that is the battery compartment which also houses the mains hook up (cable included in the sale)plug socket and the main battery/motor mover on/off switch.

After the axle, there is the door for access to the toilet cassette and drain tube for the flush tank. Underneath the caravan, next to this cupboard, is the drain outlets for the sinks and showers, where the Wastemaster is placed whilst on site.

At the rear there are the Truma rails for fixing cycle racks if you wish.

Basically as you can see, you are not just buying a caravan here, you are purchasing a complete caravan that is ready to go straight away on holiday.  All you need is your clothing, bedding and some food.  There is

cutlery, kitchen utensils, crockery for 4 people together with electric and hob kettles, pans, oven trays - it is totally complete.

I purchased some (green) toilet cassette additive (unopened) which is eco friendly and toilet rolls that are made for this type of toilet, which you might also have as well.
