This 2023 VW T6 converted by CamperVersions arrived this week, and it’s like no VW camper we’ve seen before. Not only is it a gorgeous sand colour with black accents outside, but it’s got lots of VW related Easter eggs throughout the interior. And we’ve not even photographed the “stargazer” illuminated ceiling yet! This model is known as the Pioneer.
It’s a four berth, with an upper double bed in the pop top and a comfortable rock and roll bed below. The dual front seats can be spun all the way around to make the most of the interior space. It’s got a solar panel, diesel heater, 12v compressor fridge and twin-burner gas stove, making it perfectly capable of offgrid camping for a stealthy night away wild camping or a comfortable base at a festival.
It’s covered just less than 6,000 miles from new, and comes supplied fully serviced with a fresh MOT. Being the 2.0 diesel manual variant, it’s very economical to run too.
