Pemberton Sovereign, Wheelchair friendly caravan. We purchased this unit as a temporary home for our disabled daughter. Now that her new lodge has arrived it is surplus to requirements.

It has proved a godsend and these specially adapted statics are so hard to find we decided that rather than just sell 'as is' we would have it professionally re-upholstered. This has just been done by leisure vehicle specialists Regal Furnishing. They've done a superb job, so the new owners will have a very comfortable unit ready for immediate use. We also replaced the lounge and main bedroom carpets whilst the seating was away for re-trim - in all we've done £3,000 of improvements.
We sell it completely equipped and with two new beds and mattresses - a double for the main bedroom and a new single for the twin bedroom. The gas cooker is only two years old and there is a very expensive small Zanussi washing machine plus a fridge-freezer in the low level galley kitchen. There is a solid wood round dining table and four chairs, a microwave oven, toaster and kettle. The lounge has a smart TV and DVD player. There is also a TV/DVD combo wall mounted in the main bedroom. It has gas central heating/hot water and double glazing. It is literally ready to site, connect to services and move into. The sliding doors to the bedooms and bathroom are wide, giving good access and the wet room is spacious. It features a large shower area with recessed tray for level entry and a fold-out shower seat and support.There is also an external wheelchair access ramp and decking included. This static caravan would suit a family who need a wheelchair friendly static caravan but it would also suit a someone just needing something spacious for a self-build project etc.
