This top of the range caravan is in beautiful condition both internally and externally.

Layout is as follows:

To the front of the caravan the daytime lounge is capable of seating 4 people.

There is a Front lounge where 4 people can dine in comfort. By night this can be turned into a double bed, capable of sleeping 2 people.

Central is the fully equipped kitchen which has hot and cold water to the sink, hob, grill, oven and a full size 3 way fridge.

There is a transverse island bed which lifts up on gas struts so plenty of storage underneath for chairs, awnings etc.

At the rear of the caravan is the end bathroom. It is fully equipped with a modern separate shower, sink with vanity unit and swivel cassette toilet.

There are also plenty of overhead lockers, cupboards, drawers, storage units and under bed storage to store all your holiday gear in. All windows have blinds and fly screens.

There are also curtains to all windows should you prefer to use them. There are more than ample 12v spots lights, ceiling lights and 240v lights throughout the caravan.

There is a large Heki roof light fitted in the lounge area, with another large Heki over the bedroom area and smaller Heki over the kitchen and bathroom.

The caravan has an Alko ATC.

The caravan is fitted with the original vinyl flooring throughout all in excellent condition and the option of using the removable carpets.

Outside there is a solar panel on the roof. Fiamma wind out awning with side panels. Hitch is fitted with alko stabilizer and caravan has three locks.
