CRIS registered and owned by us for past 3 years, part service history.
Last serviced in mid November which picked up on a small 40% damp patch by the lower wall by the toilet, however the wall is not soft to the touch. The rest of the van has damp readings of 14%. The rear roof rail has been resealed.
The van has been well looked after and has been sited while we have had it, therefore we haven't toured with it. This is a reluctant sale as we both love the van. We just cannot justify keeping it if we don't get the time to use it.
The van is 14 years old so it does have age related marks. We have an alko wheel lock and a hitch lock and hitch cover. New leisure battery in 2023. We may include a portable 100w solar panel ideal for keeping battery topped up if not attached to the mains, depending on agreed selling price.
