Willerby Rio premiere 2014 staticcaravan for sale

The caravan has a large open plan living area with a U shaped kitchen.  There are 2 bedrooms plus a pull out bed setee in the living area.  So can sleep up to 6.   The master having an ensuite.  The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle.   iIts on an adults only site and has 5 and a half years left on the license.  There is large decking to the side of the van and a small concrete shed.  The van is well maintained and has never been rented out.  We have the boiler serviced every year.  We also had a floe 868 drain down system fitted to the van less than 2 years ago.  This is great for draining down the van when you ae not using it in the colder weather .  On the photos there are covers on all the seats. This is not hiding anything, they are purely there to keep the seating clean.  I also still have all the original back rest cushion covers which I have washed and ironed and they are all ready to be re fitted should you want to do so.  

The site is in a quiet location near Northwich, the site is open 12 months.  the current site fees are £4800.  Site fees are paid until March  2026.
