?Honest and Integrity Hours: The business is open 7 days a week and actual hours will be discussed with candidates but you must be available to work every Saturday 9am-1pm Annual Leave Entitlement: 20 days A/L per year, in addition to which you get all Bank Holidays plus Christmas Eve and an extra day at Easter. You will also benefit from a company Pension Scheme Role Responsibilities / Development Path: Your role will be to work on the Service Reception which is based in the main showroom. You will be answering the telephone, dealing with customer enquiries in addition to welcoming customers into the showroom and dealing with any face-to-face enquiries when required. Within the Admin part of the role, you will be learning how to book jobs in using a manual diary system. In time, you will also learn how to process Warranty Claims. There will be certain times when you may be asked to cover the shop in another team members? absence ? you will therefore undertake training on the shop floor and learn how to process payments and use the till. This is an ?all hands on deck? business where team members make each other brews and will even take it in turn to clean the customer loos ? so a willingness to get stuck in to any task is really essential. Necessary Qualifications: Must have English and Maths to GCSE or other equivalent level and must be computer literate. Absolute Essential Personal Attribute: Must have a friendly and engaging personality ? and must enjoy engaging with the general public. This is a busy environment and sometimes you will be made to deal with an unhappy customer ? and so you must have some natural ?people skills?
