Due to recent expansion of our service centre and Motorhome depot, 3 great opportunities have become available. SERVICE ENGINEER - All applicants must have previous experience in this role or poses transferable skills. All applicants for the below must be motivated with a positive attitude, able to work in a fast pace working environment with an ability to provide excellent customer service to our growing customer base. SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR Strong organisation and PC skills are essential. Key roles include but are not limited to:-
- Booking customer service and warranty work in and out of service diary
- Updating and maintaining warranty claims / cases
- Packaging and returning faulty parts to obtain credits
- Invoicing Customers
- Booking in of warranty parts
- Labelling and putting stock away CUSTOMER SERVICE LIAISON Key roles include but are not limited to:-
- Meet and greet customers
- Making tea and coffee for customers
- Open caravans and motorhomes for customers
- Help with organisation of forecourt stock
- Checking off new motorhomes and caravans when delivered from the factory
- Assisting with collections / dispatches of caravans and motorhomes
