We are currently recruiting to fill the following vacancy Warranty Administrator ? Full time Mon ? Fri (Possible weekend and Bank Holidays working as required). Duties to include ?
? Ensure accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and monitor warranty reports
? Ensure all administrative functions within the warranty department are carried out in accordance with company policies
? Administer warranty policy in the best interests of the dealership, manufacturer and customer
? To keep accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims
? Dealing with customer enquiries in person and via telephone and email
? Processing service schedules, warranty and insurance claims
? Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, specialist repairers and internal departments with regard to claims
? Workshop and Repair Centre booking in and processing jobs
? Maintain knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation
? General administrative duties including supporting other staff members in general administrative and reception duties when required The ideal candidates will be extremely well organized and efficient to deal with the volume of paper work, work well under pressure, be able to work to deadlines, personable, approachable, and self-motivated with a flexible attitude to work. IT competent, friendly and approachable, you will be expected to offer advice and corrective feedback to both technicians and service reception. Be disciplined with a passion for attention to detail.
