We?ve heard of ?off plan? house sales but stories of people buying a new touring caravan before it?s been launched and they?ve seen it are still pretty rare. However, one couple attending the Manchester Caravan & Motorhome Show were so confident that the new Lunar Delta TS, due to launch at the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show (17 ? 22 Feb, Birmingham NEC), would be exactly what they were looking for they placed an order to snap up the very first one off the production line. Mr and Mrs French, from Brampton in Cumbria, heard about the new Delta TS though an advert in their club magazine and although they knew the ?van would not be on display at EventCity went along to ask Lunar dealer Campbells all about it. Says Campbells Director, Daniel Campbell, ?As existing Delta TI owners, we showed Mr and Mrs French around the Delta and Lexon twin axle models to give them an idea of the quality and finish they could expect. We also talked them through the huge specification on the 2015 Delta range, such as the Skyview rooflight, over-locker dimmable lighting, cream gloss lockers and luxury ?Sarona? soft furnishings. ?They were impressed by the design and finish on all of the models they saw and loved the sound of the Delta TS so decided to place an order without even seeing the final product. That?s testament to the high quality of the 2015 Lunar product range,? adds Daniel. The new Delta TS will be on display for the first time on the Lunar Stand (1200) at the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show, at the NEC Birmingham from the 17 ? 22 February.
