JOB VACANCIES AT TEESSIDE CARAVANS 

Teesside Caravans, part of The Hambleton Group is a successful and busy caravan sales, servicing and storage company.

Owing to a continued expansion program, we are currently recruiting to fill the following vacancies -

Retail Sales Assistant

(Permanent Position)

Full Time and / or Part Time (Including weekends, Bank Holidays and weekday working).

Working as part of a friendly, motivated team, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, both on the shop floor and in the stock rooms.• Providing excellent Customer Service and exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.• To identify customer needs and be able to answer all product related queries.• Implement and maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, by selecting, preparing and displaying merchandise in line with floor plans, stock availability and management discretion.• Receipt, checking and physical movement of stock• Uphold a clean and tidy workplace and understand Health and Safety responsibilities within the workplace.• POS operation, cash and card handling• Dealing with customer enquiries face to face and via telephone and email• Accurately noting and processing orders.

Ideal candidates will be personable, approachable, organized, self-motivated with a flexible attitude to work and the necessity to increase or alter hours if operationally required.

 

Customer Service Adviser

(Maternity Cover / Possibility of Permanent Position)

Full Time (Including weekends, Bank Holidays and weekday working).

Duties to include –• Forward facing, dealing with customer enquiries, telephone and email• General reception and administrative duties• Processing service schedules, warranty and insurance claims• Workshop and Repair Centre booking in and processing jobs• POS operation, cash and card handling• Receipt, checking and physical movement of stock

Ideal candidates will be personable, approachable, organized, self-motivated with a flexible attitude to work and the necessity to increase or alter hours if operationally required.

 

Interior and Exterior Valetor

(Permanent Position)

Full Time (40 hours from 8.00am until 5pm, Monday – Friday, Bank Holidays and possible weekend working when required ).

Duties to include –• Cleaning interior of caravans or motorhomes including appliances• Cleaning of exterior of caravans and motorhomes• Movement of caravans and motorhomes on and off storage plots• Movement of caravans and motorhomes around workshop and site• Maintenance of cleaning stocks• Other cleaning duties and maintenance duties as required
