As well as the listed equipment it also comes with a self levelling system and a large satellite dish. (we can also provide a sky box and Avtex TV if required to go with this) .   New mattress available for the bed.

The caravan is in good condition inside and out, serviced annually through the local centre we purchased it from.  

Lots of additional equipment can be made available if you are a first time buyer and don?t already have them which might prove useful.  Concertina waste pipes, rotary washing line, aqua roll, grey water waste container, security locks are some examples.

Also available is a large awning with carpet and lights. Comes with an annexe that we used for storing bikes but you can buy an inner tent so could be used as another sleeping area if you have older children who need their own space.
