Bailey Unicorn 5 Cabrera 2022 touring caravan for sale

Decided to change from  our Cabrera to a Pamplona as grandchildren are starting to cramp us a bit.  Found 6'1" me relegated to a 5'10" settee one night...   so on the off chance anyone is looking to get a 2022 Unicorn 5 Cabrera, mine's available until 19 Aug when it will go to the dealer if not sold.

All the usual 2022 spec plus a few extras including;

- full breathable cover with window for solar panel

- Powrtouch Evolution self engaging motor mover

- fridge fans and controller

- pull out wire baskets in place of wine rack by cooker 

- extra USB charging sockets on side of front table.

- Avtex 4G/5G wireless router

- propane gas bottle

- waste master and aquaroll

- rotary clothes line

- fridge bottom drawer cover

- splash guard next to hob.

- bathroom window has a privacy film on it.

What's not included that you may see in the photos is Thule awning and the full curtains.  Curtains will be replaced with unused originals.  The rug between the front settees is not included.

What's not shown but is included is the unused carpet set.

In terms of the usual things that have been sorted under warranty, the front blinds have been changed for the new ones, the sliding bathroom door has been replaced as it broke free on one trip, squeaky floor by bedroom resolved (back to factory), new panoramic window as hinge was cracked.   Several decals replaced but sadly another has startedcto bubble..thankfully a cheap one.

Bought new by me from Winchester Caravans in July 2022 and has been meticulously maintained by them since with all services done.  Last one was June this year.

Currently it's at the storage site so viewing needs to be arranged.  I can bring it home but it needs a day's notice.   We're in the South Hants area between Winchester and Southampton just off the M3.

I'd like it to go reasonably quickly so I won't be offended by realistic offers but ideally I'd like £21,500 all in.
