Great condition family caravan: spacious layout with triple bunks, loads of storage and lots of added extras!

Comfy U shape lounge seating area in great condition, converts into a large double bed with ample storage underneath for bedding and lots of locker space for clothes as well as a spacious wardrobe. This is a great set up for families with 3/+ children as there is plenty of sofa space for everyone while still being able to see the TV, which can be located on the sideboard. There are lots of lighting options with plenty of reading spotlights as well as main lights.

Central kitchen, fully equipped including immaculate microwave, oven, grill, fridge and sink (with integrated chopping board and drainer). Plenty of cupboard space. Hob has 4 gas rings, which is rare but incredibly useful when cooking for 6!

Separate side dining area, which we have used for extra kitchen prep space or for eating etc. The table can also be converted into a single bed or more seating. There is also a stand-alone table stowed in a kitchen cupboard!

End washroom includes a separate shower cubicle, toilet and hand wash basin as well as storage cupboard. We will include two aquaroll water barrels as we found it best to have a spare one ready to go when using the shower!

3 fixed bunk beds at the rear so the kids can leave their bedding, cuddly toys etc out all day. Each bunk has its own reading light and comes with single mattress and sheets included. The bunk beds can be screened by pulling the concertina across so that at bedtime the rest of the caravan remains usable for the parents watching TV or nipping to the loo without disturbing the children!

Plenty of outside locker space for storing tools, outdoor toys etc. The front locker houses two gas canisters and wheel lock etc. The latch on one locker broke – this can be replaced with parts from Bailey but we never got round to it.
