Bailey Orion 430/4 2012 touring caravan for sale

This is a great caravan, we're only selling as we’re giving up caravanning after many years owing to age/health. It's a lightweight van at 1100 kg MIRO and can be towed by many cars (we tow easily with a 2.0 Ford Mondeo). It has a Powrtouch motor mover fitted and has been serviced regularly (the last one was in April this year) and has always been noted as damp free. Included are: Alko hitch lock, wheel clamp, water pump, and front towing cover. Also included are two gas bottles - the 6 kg one is part used, but the 3.9 kg one is full. The van has a radio/CD player, a Daewoo microwave, oven/grill and a 3-ring gas hob, a Thetford  fridge with small freezer compartment and a Thetford cassette toilet. We have a whole load of accessories (Aquaroll, waste master, awning etc., for anyone starting out for the first time - prices negotiable). It has a few scuffs externally, but no dents or major marks. The interior is in great condition and the van has always been cleaned and looked after. There are three minor faults and I want to mention them, to avoid anyone making a wasted trip. 1) The front roof light has a very small corner missing, but it's on the inside of a double layer of plastic, so it is completely waterproof. 2) the strings which open and close the  rear roof light have broken, but you can still manually open and shut the roof light. 3) the gas locker door catch has broken and so I have fitted an external door lock.

The van is on our drive, plugged in to electricity and connected to water, so I can show anyone who comes to view that everything is working perfectly.
