To include evolution motor mover and New Dometic Pro 330 air Awning. We have owned this caravan for four years, serviced every year apart from Covid. Caravan has just been fully serviced with a brake reline, new brake drums and two new tyres fitted (Due to age), full damp report made and no issues recorded.
Caravan is spotlessly clean inside and out and we are only selling due to a change in circumstances. Caravan is fully Ready to use.

Things you need to be aware of:
Small Paint scuffs where caravan steps butt up to caravan sill
Two very small dents in sidewall - hardly noticeable.
Damp stain on roof lining. Please note this was found in 2022 on service. Roof light was replaced by professional caravan fitters (receipt available) but the roof has a stain approx. 20 inches long by 4 inches wide. Caravan service in November 2023 shows no damp recorded in caravan. Full report available. Cleared funds before collection is agreed
