Coachman Amara 570 touring caravan has had very little use and has been well cared for and maintained.

The upholstery, carpets, furniture, body and paintwork are in very good condition. Owned for 13 years, non-smoker with no pets. It is Cris registered and the caravan is complete with all the manuals and paperwork.

This caravan has an extremely practical and flexible layout. At the front, the spacious lounge area has two single beds or a large double utilising a pull out slat system mounted under the chest of drawers, which has a fold-out table (there is also a fold away table which fits between the seats, this makes a great dining table when sitting more that 2. It has its own tidy stowage). There is plenty of storage in the overhead aircraft style lockers and also under the seats which have access via doors at the front. Above this sitting area is a large Heiki rooflight. The soft furnishings are of a contemporary design, and the removable carpets have an 'easy clean' wood effect vinyl flooring underneath. There is also a compact Sony entertainments centre with Radio, CD, MP3. Set to one side is a 'fold out' shelf with TV power and aerial points.

A well appointed kitchen is positioned in the mid section. The kitchen has a Thetford four ring hob (gas), separate grill and oven, a built in 750W Sharp microwave, Thetford 3-way fridge with full width ice box and a large stainless steel sink and draining board. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops. There is a bi directional extractor fan (4 speed) situated above the cooker.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, Thetford cassette toilet, sink, mirror and a cupboard. Next to the bathroom is a good sized wardrobe.

At the rear of the caravan is a second sitting area which can be converted into 4 berths. There are a pair of fixed sturdy bunk beds along one side, the bottom berth has a large storage area underneath, both the bunk beds have there own lights and privacy curtains. The seats have a fold away table and can be turned into another single berth and the final berth is a bunk that folds out of the wall (with safety rails and ladder). Under the seats is yet more storage. There is a shelf, cupboard and more overhead lockers, giving plenty of room for all the families belongings. There is a large roof light giving an airy feel. There is also a second TV point. This rear bedroom can be partitioned off from the rest of caravan by means of a concertina sliding door.

All windows are fitted with independent blackout blinds, fly-screens and curtains. The main door also fitted with a fly screen. The Truma blown air heating, space heater and water heater all work off electric and gas. There is a 12 volt water pump, also spare pump. There is an awning/exterior light, an external 240v electric socket, an external BBQ point. The caravan has smart alloy wheels (with good tyres) and a spare wheel stowed in an Alko 'underslung carrier'. The Alko chassis has a gas assisted handbrake and an Alko stabiliser and 13 pin towing electrics.
